Patrick Zbardi is above all an independent researcher in evolutionary nutrition. His main work, Nutrition at Every Age — 0 to 100, is the first nutritional guide to cover the entire human life cycle, grounded in evolutionary biology, chronobiology and epigenetics. His novels (Chair Tendre, Les Invisibles) extend this approach by another route: that of fiction, which reveals what science cannot yet shout out loud.
